Unable to use starter plan?

Hello - I have a starter plan for my square weebly website and want to sell tickets for an event online. However, it keeps telling me I need to upgrade to sell, but I only have one item availalbe for sale, with six variations for it. From what I read, you can sell up to ten items with this account. Can you please explain why this isn't working? Thanks

Hi @cbssc ! 

I took a look, and it seems like the only setting you would need to upgrade for is the "Additional Information" on the item. It looks like your item is appearing correctly on your site and is available to be sold. 

Please let me know if I'm missing something here!
