I have a retail website and I'm unable to upload photos.
On the mobile app I go to Online > Items > Create Item ... Then there is only a place to upload 1 square POS image, not multiple photos of an item to view on the actual website.
On the desktop website, I have the option to upload several actual items photos, but I found a couple things that make this very inefficient. I can't use the drag and drop feature in the item page or image library or I get an error no matter how many photos I try. They fit the image size and file type guidelines. The only option is to upload 1 image at a time which is very manual time consuming process when most items have 8 images each.
Am I missing something? There has to be a better way. I've searched and searched and can't find an answer to solve this.
@SVega When creating an item in the Square POS you don’t have full access to the Square online multi item feature that is available on the dashboard. The Square POS app only supports one item upload and that is just for the tile image. One workaround would be to do your item creation on the POS and upload your primary photo, then go to the dashboard and upload the rest.
