Trying to start an online store, been "loading" for 20 minutes. Is it supposed to take this long??

So sorry to see the trouble you are experiencing loading your Onlne Store. At surface view, this looks like there may be an outstanding browser issue or your device may have a software update available.
Are you using Google Chrome when trying to access your Online Store? I am not able to be certain which browser you are using from your screenshot.
We would recommend walking through these specific troubleshooting steps? They should help work-out any remaining wrinkles.
2 hours later and it is still loading...

I tried three different browsers, cleared my cache and history and all that. still not working. I emailed support.
