I’m having a bit of trouble with tips.
I’ve enabled tipping online but tips don’t seem to be split by who’s clocked in when the order is made/collected. A few customers tipped on pre orders but none of this showed against the team who were working that night.
Anyone come across the same or know what I’m doing wrong?

Just to confirm - do you have the Team Plus subscription with your business? That would give you the option for tip pooling across the members who are currently clocked in.

Will this pool across those clocked in when the online order was made or when it's due for collection?
