Hi Everyone, I have had my site (it was set up as Weebly in Canada) www.ronaldsroostrusticcreations.ca. Everything has been great - until recently. Customers are messaging me through Facebook stating they sent a message through contact us form - but I am no longer receiving. I have checked the blocked/safe sender domains. No issue. Now I have had to change the email (which is no longer my business email) in order to receive emails. The address sending the messages is [email protected]. The new messages are going into the new account now....but why do I have to change my main email? I was receiving the messages up to November 2020 on my business email...and they have stopped. Yes I found all the messages on my squarespace - over 50 Messages unanswered, but I should not have to do this. It needs to be more user friendly. Anyone have advise or a fix so I can use my business email?? Thank you! Lori
HI, Square obtained Weebly 2018 which are now combined into one. Some features and options from Weebly have been discontinued. This may have affected the email server.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.
You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop. Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.

If you are still having this issue I suggest you check your spam folder in case messages could have been flagged as junk or get in touch with your email provider to confirm if emails from n[email protected] are being blocked for some reason.
