Team permissions

I am wanting to add a team member who can view my schedule without too much access to client personal info. Basically just a "schedule viewer".  I am working at an establishment that I rent a room from and they would like to know when I will be in with my clients as my schedule is sporadic and can change frequently. I am currently only using the free version of Square as I don't have any employees so really just using it for appointments and payment.

If you are wanting someone to be able to only view your appointments calendar, you could add them as a team member and make your permission set to where they can only view your appointments calendar. The free version of Teams allows for one standard permission set.
