Sync Production Fees Refund

i received 2 large online Delivery Orders, Customer paid Delivery fees and Driver tips. Square deducted those fees from my pay under Sync production fees.

However , since Orders were large, we decided to send the order with in-house driver. We called Nash and cancelled the delivery request, which is a week ahead. Called Square team to request a refund of those fees. Spend few hours over the phone, got a case number, but seems no one has a cluse of what we are talking about. Square says call Nash, We call Nash, they say we don't get paid till after the delivery, but since there is no delivery, square cannot issue a refund. How do i get my $$$?

This happened before, and after posting here, someone from Square was kind to step in. 

There should be a better way to request and get credit for those fees.
