How can I add a store locator to my online website?
I saw that you can add a store locator as a page but I can’t see the option on my website editor. How can I add that as a page for my website?
Hello @madebyvictoriak and thanks for your question. If you go to your Dashboard > Online, and create a new page...or go to the page you want to add your location info. There is a section if you scroll near the bottom called Location and Hours. Clicking on that will add a map and store info.
I hope this helps answer your question.
@HC_Charlie I think what @madebyvictoriak refering to is the page feature where you enter postal code and it gives you the nearest store. I have been trying to make it work for over a month now with no luck.
ah, now I understand. sorry for my confusion. That would be a great feature, especially if you have multiple locations. I didn't even know Square could do this. Maybe this is a Canadian feature ? (I'm based in the US). I did find something related during a quick search. Looks like if you have Google map locations for your businesses, you may be able to insert via API...although I don't know anything about using that with Square but I have heard API mentioned before.

You can go see on my site https://www.charlevoixenligne.com/s/store-locator
It doesn't work though...
any update on this? we need this feature to compete with other plateforms sellers that have this feature like shopify...
You can configure your shop page with the order online template and as long as you're offering pickup and delivery it's going to offer store locator/selection options in a pop-up for physical and food and beverage type items. If you'd like to move forward with this change you would need to reach out to our eCommerce Team via phone. You can do this by logging into your account and going here.
