Hi
Can you talk me through the steps to turn off bulk remove shipping from our items. I can't tell which items have shipping as an option and can't go through them all! I can see in old threads that it is an option but the layout of the dashboard has changed over the years and I can't work out how to do it now.

I can gladly walk you through the process.
On your Square Online Overview page, go to Items > Site Items.
If you need to filter your item list so only certain items appear, select Filter. You’ll be able to use filters such as item visibility, stock quantity, fulfilment (toggle off shipping) and others. When finished, select Apply filters.
In the item list, tick the box by each item you want to edit to see the corresponding editing options appear at the top of the item list under Bulk edit.
