Square online category not showing the correct number of items.

In the image below, my mocha category shows to have three items listed.

However, when i click on the category, it does not contain any items as shown by the image below.

Why are the categories not showing the correct number of items, and how can correct it?

HI, you have 31 in Hot or Iced Mochas which you have made a Header Category like Breakfast Foods.  The 3 you need for Mocha Lattes needs to have their own category.

@Goldneye thank you for the reply. Whether we have mochas as its own base category or as a sub category, it still shows to have 3 items on the main category page and none when i go into the category.

The website has not yet been published.  We are still building it.

But the issue is not on the displayed site but within the online builder tools with square online.  The photos i posted are from square online, not our published site.

HI, yes, I am an authorized Super Seller on Square and aware of the Online Dashboard and Categories.  It would help to see how the site is behaving when a customer is online searching.  

Can you please share a screenshot of one of the 3 items within the Edit Item page? with the Category selected showing?
