Hi Everyone,
I have connected my MailChimp and Square Account.
When I do this, emails collected in square are sent to my MailChimp (Good).
But if I get new emails in Square after this, they do not auto-update in MailChimp, I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting.
Does anyone know why or how I can fix this?

Hi @EllieC, sorry I missed your post! While Square integrates with Mailchimp for online payment processing and sales reporting. Mailchimp features and services are managed by them directly. In this case, it'll be best to contact the Mailchimp team directly as they'd be more familiar with the integration and be able to assist further.
if for some reasons the Mailchimp team are not able to assist, please reach out to our Support team with your Mailchimp support ticket number and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Because I am on a free plan with MailChimp, I am unable to reach out to them directly. I don't think I have a support number either!
Thanks for letting me know @EllieC! You should still be able to reach the Mailchimp team via email. Once you've logged in, you can reach Technical Support reach the Mailchimp team via emailhere.
