How do I disable showing a product image thumbnail when there's only one image?

On a product page, how can I stop the system from showing a small thumbnail image under the main product image when there's only one product image?

Hi @robinbalen, thanks for reaching out! I can definitely have a look into this for you but I'm not sure if I fully understand your question. If possible, would you mind sending me a screenshot or link showing how the images are appearing? That will help me better understand the issue and be able to check if there is any workaround for this.

I guess the point of the thumbnails is it's easy for a visitor to flick between the available images. But when an item only has one image available, it's just a bit odd to see the main item image and then see it again in a little thumbnail. I would have though the thumbnail should be hidden if there's only one image.

Thanks for sending that on @robinbalen! I had a quick look on my end here and at the moment, it isn't possible to hide the image thumbnail even if there's only one image. I will definitely flag this as a feature request to our team for consideration.
