About 2 weeks ago, I first noticed that I couldn't get the Weebly editing site to load, and at the same time, I noticed an error message for all my items that the ability to edit site availability "didn't load successfully." There was a brief moment a few days ago when I was able to both edit my site and edit item availability, but within just a couple of hours, it stopped working again. I have attempted to edit site and items on two different laptops, with and without a VPN, on multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge) all without success. I assumed it was a widespread issue and I have just been waiting it out, but I'm not seeing any other posts about this in the community. Please help!

Before I get this escalated to our eCommerce team, could you please try these troubleshooting steps first?
- Check for a strong internet connection
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Ensure that your web browser is up-to-date
- Log out and log back in
- Restart your device

I am having a similar problem. I am unable to load items to the website. It was working fine earlier today, and now I enter everything, and when I hit 'save' in the upper right corner, it just freezes and the save button is greyed out. I have powered down, used Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers. Been on chat for 3 hours, no help yet.

Have you by chance tried editing and viewing your site editor from another device, such as a laptop?
Hi there, I'm having a similar issue with my Weebly account. I tried on mobile and on a laptop, using 2 different browsers (Chrome and Safari). I make sure my OS is up to date, I cleared my cache multiple times and restarted my computer many times too. I've lost all access to my Weebly account.
Did you ever get this fixed? I'm having issues with my Square Online not working and of course its after hours for the whole weekend.

Unfortunately have not been able to resolve this. I emailed customer support about 10 days ago — they said they were escalating my issue but I never heard back from them. I am definitely not using Weebly to create any more websites....
