Server 500 error when accessing categories

Trying to set up my store, after publishing I can shop from featured items no problem, but when I go to my shop page, and click a category I get a server 500 error. I've tried everything to resolve and don't know what to do now.

Hey @Laserdad9411. Here’s an internet article I found on the subject. Try the things you can try, first. If none of them fix it, this might be a Square issue they already know about. Please reply with the suggested resolutions you tried that didn’t work.

We have tried the items listed on that website. I'm going to have to reach out to Square and see if they can help. I have watched youtube, read different articles all with no fix.
