Square Online Speed

Hi there, we have been using Square POS and the square online website for over a year now and we love the POS system, however the website has left us with online sales down over 90% in the year as the site is just so slow to load, we have spoken to Square support about this on numerous occasions and they have now come back to us to say there is nothing that can be done from their end to speed it up, our google performance scores are awful and some page loading times up to 15-20 seconds. Does anyone know if you can use the POS system and sync the inventory with any other e-commerce site? I don't want to have to start the whole system from scratch if i can help it........ Thanks for any advice

I understand that you've mentioned a significant drop in sales, with some pages taking up to 15-20 seconds to load. However, based on the data available to us, there is no substantial evidence to support the claim of a 90% loss in sales attributed solely to website load times.

 

Regarding your inquiry about syncing your Point of Sale system and inventory with another e-commerce site, I'll leave it open for other sellers to share their experiences and insights, as they may have valuable suggestions or solutions to offer.
