Square Online: Shop All Categories and Title Missing

Hello, I'm a Square Online seller and website designer for Square Online sellers.

Couple of sticking points today:

1. The Square Online > Shop All Page  > Content > Title is not appearing when toggled on. I've observed this behavior on my Square Online store and my clients as well.

2. The Square Online > Shop All Page  > Masonry Layout > Content > Categories is toggled on and only appearing in mobile. Is this the correct behavior?

Are there additional settings I should check?

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I appreciate any helpful guidance or advice.

Sorry to hear about this experience. In this particular case since I haven't seen recent similar reports I will go ahead and recommend reaching out to our Support team.
