Items will not update to available

For the last few days I have been struggling with updating our retail items so they will be available to sell online.  I have not had this problem before.  When I have added items to our inventory, I choose to make them visible.  In addition, I have the sync set to make them visible to our online store.  The last few days it does not matter how I update the items I add, they always switch back to unavailable.  It's maddening!  What am I doing wrong?

Hello @lisab914 I am sorry you are continuing to have issues with items being unavailable online, that definitely sounds frustrating. To confirm do you have stock and stock tracking turned on for these items items? 

 

If this continues to happen and you have checked all these settings  I would recommend contacting our Square Online Support Team at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport. They will need to look at your account settings and items to get a better idea of what is going on. For account security, we cannot discuss account details here.
