Sorry to hear you ran into this issue! Access to Weebly and Square servers were temporarily blocked by the Rogers network in Canada. I believe this started over the weekend, but was resolved by Rogers yesterday evening.
If you run into an issue like this in the future, the best course of action is to reach out to your ISP directly as 99% of the time it is caused by a false-positive flag that they need to remove.
