@sacredheart926 What is your website URL? That's always a great thing for us to know, so that we can look at it and see exactly what people are talking about. Most everything on Square Online sites/stores can be changed using the tools that are there. I'll grant you that it needs more functionality than it has, but that's another subject.
Next, you mentioned prices, so I'll start there. You already have functionality to change not only fonts for prices but also sizes of those fonts. My website has at least 5 options, if not more. To change how your prices are displayed, edit your site in your dashboard.
Go to the Order Online (or Shop All) page. Click on the Item List section. Then pick ANY item and click on its price to open up that editor. Here you can change style (I have seven styles in my list), formatting like bold, italic and colors, as well as specify ALL CAPS (though that doesn't make sense for prices.)
The point here is that many formatting options are available. Just click on an element on a web page to see what editing is available, already.
