How to allow an on-line customer to pay for a physical item to be shipped and a non physical item?

An ex-student organization that is offering memberships (non physical) and products (T-shirt).  T-shirts will be shipped but memberships are not.  Square is not letting the customer purchase both at the same time.  Can this be fixed?
