Site blocked by firewall

This site (philadelphiapostdoc.com) is classified as malware by my (Fox Chase Cancer Center - Temple Health) and several other academic institutions.  However when I test it on Palo Alto Networks, it is listed as "low-risk" and "Reference-and-Research".  Why is there a discrepancy?  What can I do to make the malware issue go away?

Note: I've checked the SSL certificate (unenabled and reenabled, and then republished).

Thanks!

Hi PhillyPostdoc,

Your issue may be local meaning the network you're using has some restrictions or firewall rules in place - contacting your local IT people maybe the best way to move forward.   The link you provided seems to work fine - no errors or messages.  I've tried it with Firefox, Chrome and Edge via my ISP.  Your SSL Certificate is good until Mon, 01 Jan 2024 23:01:22 GMT so there's no problem there.  Have you tried accessing your site via another ISP or network - outside of Temple Health or Palo Alto Networks.

Hi JK_FIBER_ART,

Thanks for the feedback!

In answer to your question, I have no problem accessing the site outside my institution's network (which screams firewall).  But my collaborators at other institutions--in Philadelphia and beyond--also report a similar issue when trying to access from their institution's devices/networks.  This alone makes me think it's an issue beyond my local network.

Does anyone have suggestions of Content Security Policy code to add to my site to get it off the malware classification?

Your network might pose restrictions. The link works well; SSL Certificate's valid. Attempt accessing via alternate networks beyond current limitations.

Hi @PhillyPostdoc - I'm sorry to hear that this issue with your website has brought you to the Seller Community😥

This does sound off, but it's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community.
