I do tell customers about our website. It also prints out on our receipts. And not only do I include a link in Social Media posts but my items are shoppable on instagram and facebook, which was no easy feet to accomplish.  Every time I accomplish something, I think, oh this will do it.  UGH, I'm still knocking my head against my "brick and mortar" wall trying to figure out online sales.

Have you tried posting single items from your online store on your social media and then directing to your site as well? 

Maybe seeing the actual items would help. (I'm not sure how you're currently drawing attention.)

Keep sending out your website to all abs make sure you SEO keywords are relevant

I am not clear what "abs" is referencing.

But SEO, I feel, is the secret to being online and I don't yet quite understand.  So, for each item in my online store, I have been working on adding the SEO information that SQUARE says is "optional" but I feel like it should say "required if you want online sales".  I definitely need some guidance in the SEO world. Anyone have any really clear resources on SEO?
