Hi there @StephanieJanine. Surprisingly, the date format currently can not be changed. Yes, even as an American, I'm as surprised as you probably are. But, I do actually travel (or did before certain events made the world less inviting for me and my enlightened countrymen. Ha.) Anyway, in order to fix this, you are going to need to submit a feature request here. I'd recommend one of two requests -- either that the date be shown in the "local" date format, or that Square allows us to define the date format displayed to site visitors. Either works. And, honestly, the same probably goes for time formats, eh? Please come back here and post the URL to that request because I would like to upvote/support it with my own constructive comments.
