We want to offer a monthly subscription item on our online store - a membership with monthly perks. However, when a customer purchases the subscription, the system mistakenly assigns a random name from our database instead of using the name provided. As a result, the automated emails and receipts display incorrect names. We cannot manually adjust each subscription before the emails are sent out. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Just to be sure I am following correctly, the email and payment information is correct for the customer, but the name of the customer the subscription is being assigned to is incorrect?
