Hi, I received an automatic renewal for my Square Online Plus Account and $432 was processed out of my bank account 3 days ago but my website is now disabled.
I didn’t receive any communication to warn me that my website would be disabled before they automatically took money.
I’m not sure if my domain has expired, which is through Weebly. I didn’t receive any notification that it was due for renewal. If this is the case, can someone help me figure out what I need to do to resolve this?
I tried contacting customer support 3 days ago and no one has bothered to respond to me yet.
Is anyone able to help please?
