Hi, I’m using [Square Online/your POS system name], and on the online order page, each menu category is showing up twice (e.g. “NOODLE”, “SIZZLING”, etc.).
It looks like the categories are duplicated across the top and bottom of the menu page (see attached screenshots).
I only have one active location, and I already deactivated the extra one that I think might have caused this, but the issue still remains.
Also, I don’t remember creating this extra location — and I can’t delete it either, only set it to inactive.
How can I remove the duplicate menu tabs or categories?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
