Reactivation of Square Online Plus account

Hello.

Recently, our Square Online Plus account was paused due to an issue with our payment card.
As a result, all of our online services have been put on hold and our websites (tummystuffer.net and tummystuffer101.com) are blocked.
The payment issue has now been resolved, but our account and websites remain on hold.

 

I need to reactivate our Online Plus service and websites as soon as possible.
All online orders are currently halted, so it is urgent to resume our services.
Please let me know what steps I need to take to reactivate online account and website.

Hi @sungduk.. First, go to your web dashboard > Settings > Account & Settings > Pricing & Subscriptions.  You can usually manage subscriptions there yourself.  If that doesn't work, unfortunately no one in this Community (even Square moderators) has access to your account.  So, as this is an urgent matter, your only option is to contact Square Support.  They should be able to get your issue resolved and everything reactivated.  Good luck.

@sungduk Adding to my previous post (apologies... I forgot this one...)

 

For your Online Plus subscription, you probably need to go to

 

  • your web dashboard > Online > Websites.
  • Click on your company name in the top right corner and select "Account Settings"

This will allow you to update your payment method, if needed, review your services and reactivate (or whatever it says there).  I always forget that anything to do with Online/Weebly has its own subscriptions page separate from the rest of the Square ecosystem.  Fingers crossed that all gets consolidated one day!
