Publishing my website

I have finished designing and publishing, however it will not let me verify myself. It keeps saying my details are incorrect but they are not. Is there anyway to resolve this?

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to verify your identity. While we don't have access to account information on this platform, I'd be happy to help.

 

We use an automatic verification tool to verify your identity, which compares the details you enter against sources such as the electoral roll. If the information or the format does not match, verification can fail.

If you have changed your name or address recently, I recommend trying again with your old details as these may match the records we compare against. 

 

If you exhaust all 4 attempts to verify your identity, we can manually verify your information. To do so, you will have to contact our Support Team by phone, email or private message on social media (Facebook, Instagram, X).
