Hi @Sabrina971. Currently there is no way to do this with online booking. I did a quick search of feature requests submitted to the appointments team. It looks like this one is what you could use. Go there and read it and, if you agree, like/upvote it and add your use case in the comments. The more sellers that request something with their votes, the better!
