The more and more I work with this platform the more I'm debating on leaving it altogether as it's just not that user friendly. I have my images set to a 1:1 ratio and all the images I've uploaded are in that ratio so why is it when you click on an individual listing the top and bottom of the images are cut off on mobile. This is so incredibly frustrating, I've looked for a setting that maybe I missed but I'm finding nothing and the Ai support bot is awful and unhelpful.
