I can confirm that there isn't currently a built-in feature that allows customers to toggle between viewing prices with or without VAT on your Square Online website.
Square's VAT settings currently offers two configuration options:
Additive tax: VAT appears as a separate line item during checkout (added on top of the unit price)
Inclusive tax: VAT is included in the displayed item price
Unfortunately, this is a fixed configuration that applies to all customers, with no option to display both simultaneously or allow customers to switch between views.
While there's no native solution available right now, I'd recommend submitting this as a Feature Request. When submitting, sharing specific examples of how this functionality would improve your business operations and customer experience would help our Product team better understand the impact and value of implementing a feature like this.
