Problem with Delivery

A customer ordered online for delivery. We got the order, prepared it. Customer called, saying he got an error saying his card was "invalid" but the charge went through at his bank. We looked at the DoorDash Drive portal and it said *we* had cancelled the order, which we had not. We called the helpline and were auto hungup on multiple times. I ultimately had to hand-deliver the order. This seems like a legit software issue but it's impossible for us to fix it on our end. Any help?
