Please Help. Item can't choose item option

Hi all! I am having some difficulty getting my Octopus Backpack Buddy to have a clickable choice. I added the choice under options but when I go to the site, the options aren't clickable.

If you added the options and can see them when you click the item in your dashboard, I would try republishing the website.  Sometimes that fixes the update glitches.  I added screenshots below.
