Items are coming out of stock and customer can only order 1 at a time on Square Online

So I run an online waffle ordering business aswell as having my store. 

I have added new ice cream flavour customers can upgrade to and it all seemed fine until I went and tried it online I clicked the waffle I wanted then upgraded my ice cream and added it to my basket I then went to add the same waffle but I wanted to add a different ice cream flavour and it just came up as out of stock?? I then tried a different waffle but that also said out of stock? for some reason it will only allowed a customer to order 1 item from my website and I haven't changed anything arent from adding a variation of different flavoured ice creams can anyone help

@Treatboxdes Are you tracking the stock and do you have enough stock in inventory? If you could let me know the URL of your website I can take a look.

Hi ya, yes im tracking my items I upload all my stock on a friday night ready for our Saturday night deliveries. I added stock to my website to do a test order and it would only let me order 1 waffle even though i added stock to other waffles.
