Payment links “out of stock” despite app inventory counts

I’m having a lot of trouble with my app/payment links. I update my inventory quantity in the app, but links still show “out of stock”. This happens for single items as well as items with variations. I’ve spent HOURS trying by to fix and nothing seems to update properly.

I'm so sorry to hear of this frustration with the checkout link. 

 

Is it showing out of stock for every item in your inventory? If not, could you list some specific items that this happens for so I can take a deeper look? I do see you have a case open with our Square Online team as well. 

 

Once I have the specific items this happens for - I will be able to troubleshoot a bit better with our Online team.

I got so frustrated yesterday the only way to “fix” it was to delete those items, Create new ones with new links. This one still is inaccurate:

inventory  in App is English Chestnut-0; Golden Mahogany-1. There’s some sort of glitch where it won’t update. I deleted the original EC variation, then created a new EC varation with 0 quantity. The link is displaying the  “old” variation and saying it’s Unavailable. 

Items I deleted/recreated were not showing variations in stock.
