Selling with Square Basics

I am new to Square. We are a Lawn Balls Club.
I need ideas to what to seel and raise funds for our club.

Our Sellers can definitely chime-in to help if they have any tips, but on what items and such to sell would be dependent on your business itself. Are you looking for any marketing ideas for your Club?

Hi John,

Welcome to Square.

I guess you will be looking to sell items primarily to club members and supporters of the club?

First of all I would take a look at other clubs to see what items they are selling, this may give you and idea of what does and doesn't sell.

I would consider items which are used during the pursuit of the sport, eg particular shoes, towels, club clothing, ball sets. You could also sell experience days, introductory taster classes etc. Lots of things you can do. 

Also ask among the club members what they thing might work. You might want to call on the club memebers to see if there are any skill there in marketing, photography as they may want to get involved with setting up an online website and help out with marketing.

Along with these @john45, I also wanted to link a Square Community post that goes over some helpful tips when getting started with Square. Once you have the basics setup I also might recommend signing up for Square Marketing. With Square Marketing you can setup custom Email or Text Message campaigns to reach your customers.
