We've randomly had several online orders not print, but they are visible on the iPads. Today we had an order not print and not visible on the iPad, BUT the customer showed me a pending transaction in his bank account. Luckily it was a regular customer so I made the order anyway and will follow-up to see if the money ended up coming out of his bank account. If it does, I'm at a loss because we didn't receive the order and it's not in our transaction list, so where is the $$ and what happened to the order?
