Online store ticket receipt

I have an online store with printer receipt attached and programmed to print out ticket automatically for every order. 

Great system. Loved it. 

Except I think on the receipt it should includes the buyer’s email detail as well.  

All details such name, address, mobile no. all there… printed on the receipt except email address. 

Email address is now very popular n required if u need tracking for all couriers. 

Without email detail, this means that I need to jump in to another computer, log in to dashboard, find orders just to get the buyers email.

makes sense n makes it much easier if email detail is also printed on receipt along with all other informations so therefore, any staff members can go ahead n book that courier without logging into dashboard.

@Gedion Have you thought about using the order manager in the point of sale app?  It does list the customer info and you can use the free team permissions without having to pay anything else.

I'll double check and see if there is a flag to get the e-mail on a receipt on my side that I don't know about and post if I see it.

Thanks for your reply abt the order manager. Currently what I get my staff to do is to go back at the tablet (the point of sale tablet) to take a photo using his phone. But the point I’m trying to make is… all the informations are alrdy on the receipt. It just makes sense the email should also be written there. That way when u need to book in a courier, u can just use that receipt without the need to even log into square or even take a photo like what My staff is doing. How awesome would tht be.

@Gedion Have you thought about using e-mail notifications from the square online/weebly dashboard when an order is placed?  It is under settings, notifications, and you can set up to 3 e-mails, so you could have a cheap little phone with a gmail account on wifi that is used like a little mobile notification system..if you have different people each day.  You could get really fancy and get a product like an HP printer with an e-mail address that when you e-mail it prints it for you..

But I do think this might not be a bad feature request to put in though.
