downsize and regroup during Covid. Lost good clients but I lost them as a result of my decision to downsize. Not because the quality of service declined.  Brand reputation is absolutely paramount to me.  I made sure every client that I could no longer service at the standard they were accustomed to, had a new service provider.  It was difficult and heartbreaking to give away business that I had spent 5 years cultivating and nurturing.  But the importance of reputation was primary. Sad, painful and as difficult as it was, I know I did the right thing for my clients.
