Online site category timing not working

Having another issue with category timing today. I have all of the settings for our time-based categories set on the categories pages, but the website is just letting people order everything all the time for every day. For example: we only serve lunch from 11am-4pm and I can add a lunch item right now at 6:50am for pickup at 7am. 

 

I have the timing set on the settings page, usually a little time window displays underneath the category title on the website, but even that isn't showing up. Is square having issues currently that could cause this?

 

I have the square online plus plan.

I have not heard of any other sellers having this particular issue, but this does sound odd. 

 

Just to double-check, can you please follow these steps to ensure that your category timing is all setup correct?:

  1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Items & services (or Items & menus or Items & inventory) > Items > Item library.

  2. Tap Categories to select an existing category or create a new one.

  3. Under Availability, select the Only during certain days and times option and use the checkboxes to choose which days of the week these items are available. For each selected day, you can also enter multiple timeframes by selecting (+) and entering in the hours.

  4. Click Save.

Once you look over these steps within your Dashboard, and if it is still not resolved, please let me know and I can investigate this further.
