Online shopping cart does not update if order modified

If i create a shopping cart of items, when I load shipping address, shipping costs will automatically appear. If I continue shopping or add or remove items, the shipping costs do not adjust. I can literally put one low weight item, get a shipping cost, then go back and add 100 items and shipping costs are the same. Does not recalculate.

I wasn't able to test on your site in particular because it's password protected but I tested this on my own and didn't get the same result.

 

I would recommend reaching out to our direct CS E-Comm team who can take a closer look at your setup and file a ticket for you on this one if need be.

Thank you, I have tried multiple times on multiple days and same thing. Password is Test123. Please try. thanks.  I also notice a lot of time you have to clear browser history to get things to work on the website as well. I seen this was a common recommendation in forums. Customers are not going to clear browser histories - need another way to refresh. But clearing browser history did not work for this as well.
