Website not accepting customers orders is their an issue.

Sorry to hear your site is not accepting orders - had it been previously or have you just set it up? 

 

If this is a new site please double check you have all the appropriate settings enabled which are explained in this thread

 

If your site has been live for some time, how many payments did you see being declined? I'd first check that there isn't an issue on your customers end, but if you do see further declines please don't hesitate to contact our support team as they have access to account specific details that we don't have here on the Seller Community.

I'm setting up a square online store, and have customers who do not pay on card or paypal, but still need to checkout so the order is received via the website... and we then INVOICE them later, with the dispatch of the goods. There is no checkout option to allow customers to place and confirm a webshop order, without needing to pay up-front at checkout. We need a checkout module that can be customer-specific, allowing the store owner to permit that customer to shop online, and if they choose to, select a checkout option for later invoicing. ALL major online shopping platforms have this feature - except square? Why?
