Subject: I am not getting the Form Entries from my website:https://alaskannoblecd.weebly.com/contact.html
Sent to my email: [Personal Information Redacted]
I AM getting them on the Weebly Dashboard.
They stopped coming in May 2025.
Thank you. The problem was Hotmail.
"As per our advance support team, Sendgrid is the mail server we use. They have noticed that you are using a hotmail email address for receiving email confirmations for when people fill out the contact form though and we've been having a lot of issues with hotmail and outlook email addresses not receiving our notification emails lately. Here's a recommendation, choose a different email address for receiving contact form submission notifications and then republish the site after adding it."
Hi @ANCD,
Sorry to hear you're not receiving your contact form submissions via email.
This could potentially be an issue with either your email provider's filtering settings or the email delivery configuration. Let's troubleshoot this step by step.
Try Updating Your Email Address
First, let's check if the issue is specific to your current email address by updating the "Email to" field:
1. Sign in to Weebly and go to Website > Edit Site > Edit to open your Site Editor
2. Click on your contact form element to select it
3. Select Form Options
4. Update the "Email to" address with an alternative email (perhaps a different provider)
5. Click Save and publish your website
6. Submit a test form from your live website to see if it reaches the new email address
Whitelist Weebly Email Addresses
If you're still not receiving emails or prefer to use your original email address, please whitelist these Weebly-related addresses by adding them to your email contacts:
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
This will help prevent your email provider from filtering these messages as spam or blocking them entirely.
Check Your Spam/Junk Folders
Even after whitelisting, please thoroughly check your spam or junk folders, as these notifications might be getting filtered there automatically.
Please let me know how these steps work for you!
Thank you. The problem was Hotmail.

It is utterly irresponsible that Weebly/Square has not fixed this problem yet. Around June 1, all mass mailers -- of which Weebly is one -- were supposed to adhere to new Microsoft authentication standards to cut down on spam. Weebly still has not, which is why the messages continue to get rejected by Hotmail/Outlook. Now Gmail is enforcing something similar, which means my backup Gmail address is also increasingly unreliable -- Weebly messages are now sent to spam or throttled for two days. This is totally unacceptable: the primary purpose of a website is to facilitate contact with potential customers!
I use weebly forms & distribute them to various people in our community group. All are advising problems now with weebly forms. I use gmail to receive my emails & they go into spam now, Yahoo gets them in spam too. Hotmail & Outlook are not received anywhere in the email box
I dont think having the following printed in the emails to recipients from the form output would help "Mark as Spam"
Fred
If you are using Gmail as your backup address -- as I am -- watch for problems there too now: Gmail is starting to enforce its email authentication requirements as Microsoft did in June. My Weebly messages are now going to my Gmail spam folder or not showing up at all for a couple of days, presumably because Gmail is throttling them as spam.
The primary purpose of a website is to facilitate contact with potential customers. It's ridiculous that Weebly/Square has not fixed this problem yet. The problem is not Hotmail -- about June 1, all mass mailers, of which Weebly is one, were supposed to adhere to new Microsoft authentication standards to cut down on spam -- but Weebly still has not, which is why the messages continue to get rejected by Hotmail/Outlook and, now it seems, by Gmail. Weebly/Square needs to fix this!
