Not getting receipts after sales anymore

When someone purchased something on my Square online store, I used to get an email receipt copy to my email letting me or one of my employees know there was an online order

 

Now I am no longer getting them. I haven’t changed any settings, and I have checked junk/spam too and nothing is there. 

The only way I can see orders is if I manually check the app. Can somebody help me please? I’ve called support and they haven’t found the solution.
