As the volunteer community members here do not have the same abilities as Tech Support, you may want to contact them. There can be multiple reasons but, someone needs to look at your online site settings first and also the things that go on behind the scenes with the system - unfortunately that cannot be done thru the Community. Note, there was some Square services issues reported yesterday however, I didn't see anything related to online websites. You may also want to bookmark this site as it can be quite useful when you encounter system issues.
