About one month ago, I stopped receiving daily email summaries and transaction emails. Is anyone else experiencing this? My email notifications are set to on, and my email is correct.

Oh man, I am sorry this has been happening for a month! I did change some settings on the back end, this should be resolved! Keep an eye on it, and if it keeps happening, reach back out!

They are not in spam or junk.

I received a couple (though not the whole day) on the 16th, and none since. Again, they are not in junk.
Try adding our email address to your contact list, [email protected]. I have seen sellers with domain emails have the Square emails blocked. I would have your email domain provider investigate this too.
There are no current disruptions with transaction or sales summary emails. If this continues to happen, please reach out to support to investigate this further.
