My events are not syncing to my website

Please help. I have three events I created in my Square store. Yet, in the website editor, when I go into my "upcoming events" page, its saying that it doesnt see ay events and that I should create one. I have NO IDEA why I cannot get the events to sync to the website. This is VERY frustrating and I've been sitting here for hours trying to figure it out. Can someone please help?
