Meta platform connection issue

Hi everyone- looking for some advice on the new square update. Before i could click on the meta business channel and i could tag my products on instagram/fb. Since the new update it won't let me do that. I can click it and save it- however it just keeps showing only available on 2/3 channels. So not on the meta.

I really appreciate you including the screenshots, this is definitely looking and sounding a little buggy to me! 

Is this only occurring for the "Bud Light Camo Hat" item? I noticed you have a Meta integration currently active on your account, so it looks like this is working for most items. If there are other items where you're seeing the same issue, please include them in your reply.

For now, I'll escalate this to my team for further investigation, to see if we can figure out why you're being blocked from adding the Meta channel to this specific item.

Hi Laurie! So any of the new items I’m trying to upload since the update seem to have an issue. Square told me I have to reach out to meta. Finding contact info for that has been a nightmare.
