Made appointment paid for it but didn't receive the appointment call

Made payment for appointment of 159.00 received numbers by text from u guys to put numbers in booked appointment for today this morning at 10am no call and I don't have a customer code when I did try it said email and password didn't match. Cannot get assistance!

I'm not sure I am fully grasping your question here. Are you a business owner through Square, or rather are you a customer who booked an appointment through a Square business? Either way, if you could provide some more specific details here, that would help us get some clarity.
