Loyalty Points Balance for Square Online purchases

We run our restaurant online ordering through Square. Is there a way for customers to see their loyalty account points balances? We get multiple customers weekly asking for this information and not only is it a waste of our time checking and telling customers but it's also bad for the customers being unable to track, a lot of customers are confused if their account is setup correctly and accruing points since they cannot see therefore defeating the whole objective of a loyalty programme which is to encourage more regular larger orders to accumulate points. 

Given there is a "Your Account" page with order history etc it would make sense to display point balance and when points were earned and spent here.

Hello @Creagle – Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback about viewing Loyalty account points. I understand the frustration.

Customers can view their points through the Loyalty Status Page by clicking the link included in their receipt. 

The seller-specific link is available on the Dashboard under Loyalty > Marketing > Other. I will also tag some Super Sellers who can share their insights. @artizansty @signature_home @namastewatford.

Hi @Creagle if you are using a Square Register the customer can view their points and available rewards on the CFD once they are added/signed in to the transaction. The Register may be worth a look at if you are doing a lot of customer interactions at the counter. The CFD provides a nice visual display where they can see more information on their loyalty account.
